Our client also provides reliable, safe and affordable water heater, furnace and air conditioning rentals to over 1 million households in Ontario.
The Sr. Reporting & Rates Design Analyst will be responsible to ensure proper setup of rates in CIS by utilizing Oracle CC&B tools such as pricing and rebate master; service agreements, rates schedules, and bill factors. This position is also accountable for reporting within the CC&B team such as key success indicators, production planning and margin analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring resident bills are accurate and generated in accordance to the established bill cycles
• Responsible for billing rebate master
• The integrity of service agreements, rates schedules, and bill factors
• Responsible for the proper attachment of established premise and clients
• Accountable to test and deploy all new billing design arrangements
• Responsible for the implementation of billing 'schemas' rebate handling (i.e. revenue share)
• Responsible for all rate adjustments, and increases
• Ensures OEB RPP rates are tested and implemented
• Oversee's the analyses and audits of data to ensure integrity throughout the meter data management processes and resolves issues using appropriate resolution methods
• Responsible to report on Key metrics such as lag days, billing errors, new properties on boarded ect
• Responsible for workforces reporting thought the CC&B team including Customer Care and Billing
• Accountable for production reporting and billing analytics
• Responsible to track and report on Contracted, Installed and Billable units
• Identify key workload drivers and increase effectiveness of related processes in order to improve metrics, custom billing solutions and customer service
• Reporting with respect to revenue and margin analysis
Additional Skills Required:
• Minimum of 7 years prior progressive experience within a billing/finance / reporting function
• Extensive people and leadership experience
• Extensive business analysis experience
• Strong team player that creates key partnerships between teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Highly motivated, pro-active, a flexible professional with the ability to adapt to a complex and quickly changing environment
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information for decision making, work independently and solve issues
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Advanced computer skills;
o VBA, Macros
o Crystal / Brio Business Intelligence
o Microsoft MapPoint
o Data warehouse, CRM, SQL server, Oracle, MS Access, Excel
o Word, PowerPoint are essential
Educational Requirements:
• University degree at a minimum
