We've arrived safely in Washington DC after a beautiful drive across the Appalachians into the Capital region. Just being here you can feel the anticipation and excitement of a great CS Week conference ahead. Washington, DC is a fitting location for this years event especially as so much is changing in the energy industry including the Obama administrations push for a national energy plan. Of particular interest will be the different perspectives on the current environment from both Spencer Abraham who was former US secretary of the US Department of Energy under President George W. Bush and Richard P. Serval who is currently president and CEO of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). The general session and keynote will be held this Wednesday, we'll be sure to blog about it here at the Strategy Lab.
Waggware Technologies during the conference will be showcasing some of it's award winning CIS expertise to well over 900 Utility industry professionals including Credit & Collection Optimization, Settlements, Complex Billing, & CIS Integration solutions.
