Tightening Credit Markets, Renewable Energy and the Smart Grid will be the focus of ongoing discussions happening at the Mid-Continent Energy Marketers Association (MEMA) Annual Meeting in Palm Springs, California this coming April 14-16.

Profound changes in the Electricity industry are underway that, when fully implemented, will have a positive impact on how Electricity Industry participants conduct business and how consumers use electricity.  One of the key enablers to this change is information technology and how it converges with power delivery.

With the ongoing implementation and evolution of the Smart Grid, access to relevant and timely data has never been so important in running the electrical system.  Whether it is managing risk or maximizing the use of renewable energy, Information Technology will play a critical role in ensuring the smart grid is a success both from an environmental and an economical perspective.  It is for this reason that Waggware is proud to be a sponsor and participant of this year's annual event and will be taking part in discussions on the topic of the smart grid and its impact to upstream Power Generation and Electricity Marketers.

Join Waggware at the MEMA Spring conference and learn more about which software applications and integration tools Waggware Consultants are deploying for upstream power generation and electricity marketers to efficiently react to the changes that are occurring in the Electrical Industry.
